We accept Mastercard, Bankcard and
VISA cards for payment.
There is no timeframe for bookings [subject
to availability].
During peak periods we advise advance booking to
avoid disappointment.
The rooms are serviced every 3rd
or 4th day;
if you require further towels or linen please do
not hesitate to ask at the office.
::Arrivals/Departures::
We try to be as user friendly as
possible with our guests check in/out times due
to the awkward flight arrival/departures into Rarotonga.
Where ever possible we will endeavor that our guests
have the use the Sunrise facilities until time
of departure without incurring any extra costs.
::Cancellations::
All cancellations must be acknowledged
by email/fax from Sunrise Beach Bungalows.
Cancellation fees for all reservations are as follows:
If guests checkout early from the original dates givien a 2 NIGHT CACELLATION FEE IS APPLICABLE. No exceptions will be made. more
than 45 days prior to expected arrival date: no
fee between
45 and 31 days of expected arrival date: 25% of
booking between
30 and 15 days of expected arrival date: 50% of
booking within
14 days of expected arrival, or no show: full payment,
less any nights resold any
guests who leave earlier than their pre-booked
period are liable for one night's fee
